Overflow Vacuum Fillers are designed to fill to a level rather than to dispence a specific volume of liquid. Ideal for applications with inconistent glass bottles where the level at the neck of the bottles must be the same in sucessive packs. Lancing fully automatic machines are available in a variety of configurations to suit most applications. Equipped with four filling heads can be incorporated together with product tanks, diving nozzles, drip trays and bottle gating.

An overflow filling machine ensures consistent bottle fill levels, regardless of the containers’ internal volume variations. Unlike conventional approaches, which are based on volume or weight, the overflow filler employs a specialized nozzle When the liquid inside the container reaches a specific level, it directs the excess product back into a designated holding tank.
